Manaslu Region Trek

The Manaslu Region Trek is a popular trekking destination in Nepal that features some recently opened trails. Manaslu Region Trek is renowned for its unspoiled trekking routes that offer trekkers the opportunity to explore the region’s virtual beauties.

The Manaslu region is home to enchanting mountain sceneries and stunning landscapes, with Mt. Manaslu (8156) being the 8th highest mountain in the world, located in the Manaslu Conservation Area. Trekking in the Manaslu region provides an unforgettable experience to explore the hidden beauties and meet the local ethnic people known for their superb hospitality.

Manaslu Region Trek begins from Soti Khola and crosses several beautiful villages, terraced rice fields, and heads through the lush forests from sub-tropical to alpine altitude. The Larke La Pass (5160m) is the highest elevation and the Himalayan pass of the trek in the Manaslu region. The wonderful views of the trekking are Mt. Manaslu (8156m), HimalChuli (7893m), Ngadi Chuli (7871m), Shringi (7187m), Larke Glacier along with Annapurna and Lamjung Himalayan range.

The trekking trails are distinct and rich in flora and fauna. The lush forests are found in Himalayan Blue Pine, Oak, Birch, and Rhododendron along with 19 types of forests. 110 species of birds are recorded there including, Eurasian Griffon, Himalayan Griffon, Blood, Impeyan, Kalij, etc.
